1 - Connect

We start out with a virtual, or in-person conversation about the current state of your restaurant, and where you're headed.  It's all about finding out if we're a good fit, and if what we offer can actually benefit your organizaiton.

2 - Analysis

We'll take a deep analysis of your food costs & operations, to identify opportunities.  We make this easy and it's always good to have outside perspective.

3 - Recommendation

We come out of the analysis with a set of recommendations to help your business improve it's profitability and competitiveness. We focus on your proteins & ordering because it's the fundamentals of how to improve your margins.

4 - Schedule

Once we've completed our recommendations, we'll schedule your training or your mobile butchery service.  Enjoy the improved margins & opportunity to be more competitive.
